Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All returns may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has reached our warehouse and restocked by our team.

HTLT Supplements is not responsible for stolen packages.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY

To initiate the return process, please email info@htltsupps.com requesting a refund for the product. Please include the order number if known.

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 60 days of receipt/delivery.

  • The return is eligible for first-time buyers only.

  • The return is eligible for single bottle/unit purchases only.

  • The return is available to customers worldwide (International and Domestic).

  • Empty bottles or boxes will not be considered for a refund. You must return the physical container, and at least one serving (e.g., 1 pill or 1 bar) must remain inside the packaging to prove it was not fully consumed.

  • Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping and must arrange their own return courier, we provide a $50 Store Gift Card upon proof of return shipment to help offset these costs.

  • HTLT Supplements will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.

  • Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in a physical store.

  • After the customer service department confirms the exchange/return request, please ship the return parcel within 7 days.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Upon the tracking number being shared to our customer service team, we will send you a $50 gift card to htltsupps.com for the trouble.

  • If any of the criteria above cannot be met and you are not satisfied with the product, please reach out anyways and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, info@htltsupps.com, within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
  • Send your purchase back to us within 7 days after the return address is provided (Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees).
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
  • Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store.
