I started taking GLP max by starting with two pills a day and reducing the dose to two pills every other day after about 4 days. It took around two days to feel the effects, but once they kicked in, I noticed a significant reduction in my cravings, especially for junk food, which I usually struggle with. I found myself eating just to satisfy my basic hunger and I no longer feel the urge to snack in between meals or overeat during meals. It truly helped me manage my appetite in a way I hadn’t been able to before.
