I wanted to update my review on Turk Builder Max. For reference, I'm 5'8", 153lb female and I've been lifting weights for about 12 years (I'm 32 years old). I just purchased my 5th bottle of this product and I take 2 pills daily. I started with 3 pills but it's expensive, so I decided to lower to the 2 pills to stretch the serving to 20 days per pack so figure I've been taking this for about 3.5ish months. I notice recovery to be must better and my motivation to go to the gym and lift has gone up considerably. My most noticeable results are: hip thrusts (starting with 75lbs for 12 reps and gone up to 335lbs for 6 clean reps), back exercises my weight has gone up about 20 lbs, chest workout weight has been about the same (I don't train to go up as high as I do other muscle groups), and Bulgarian split squats, I trained body weight struggling to complete 12 reps and I now use a 55lbs dumbbell and complete 10 clean, slow reps. Aside from lift gains, i went from 161 lbs to now being roughly 153lbs. I eat about the same calories (apprx 1800 daily, lift 5-6 days per week and try to get in 30 minutes of zone 2 cardio daily on top of my 10k steps). My body composition has improved dramatically and I can see a noticeable difference when I look in the mirror. I fully believe in this product and I will continue to purchase at least until I achieve my overall body weight goal.
