from 4997 reviewsIt’s going great so far, I have definitely gotten leaner and I definitely notice androgenic effects in the gym, definitely have more energy too. Only negative is $90 AUD in shipping. Would recommend and want to buy again, can you organise some cheaper shipping?
I love the vanilla flavour as it allows me to taste the flavour of some of the protein powder flavours better than the chocolate and it tastes great!
I have used this to make protein muffins and several different protein bars. Really good taste and give a goof texture. Also greatly improved the consistency of my pancakes.
This product must've been expensive to produce. I'm honestly a bit confused when I use it, but I know if I take 4 scoops, there's just enough Glycerpump in there to get that "super hydration" or whatever. With regards to L-Citrulline and malic acid, I've often wondered if this ingredient is overhyped or if I'm just a low responder to it. Anyway I had okay results with this product. Fyi - I was taking the "no itch" version and I had also run out of Beta Alanine just as I was starting to use this, so I might've lost something to gain another idk. In any case, it was only $25 and so I'm giving it 5 stars. It's not going to change your PR's like G02max or Turkbuilder+ might, but its a relatively good side accessory product which is priced correctly.
Used Turk before from other suppliers and like Greg said his Turk is better and I have no side effects unlike the other stuff. No complaints here
Background: I'm 46 and started abusing PEDs when I was 21. I continued abusing PEDS until about 35. When I started at 21, I was really small (skinny), 5'10" @ 128lb. I had been lifting since 18 and weighed 110lb. So yeah, my nutrition and training was crap. In the 3 years I lifted as a natural, I only gained about 18lb. I didn't gain a single oz of fat as I wasn't eating enough. During the 15 years of PED use, I gained approx. 60 pounds of mass, not muscle. As a natural, I was 100% single digit BF. At 35 I weighed 190lb at approx. 13-15% BF. I've been on the same dose of TRT, 25mg EOD since 36. During that period (36 to 44) I've had 2 back surgeries and had both shoulders rebuilt, so I'm considerably downsized.
For the past 2 years I've been able to maintain, with just TRT, a body weight of 165lb @ approx. 13% . About 6 months ago I wanted to get back to single digit BF. Using the cookbooks (shameless pug) I started dropping weight, unfortunately I was lost a little muscle and strength as I dropped to 160lb and still not single digit BF. A couple months ago I started Turkbuilder. Started with 1 cap and really didn't notice much. after a few days I said F it, and jumped to 3 caps a day. Now I started noticing things. I was getting leaner, stronger, yet my weight stayed the same, 160lb. At one point I went as high as 6 caps a day but it was really messing with my sleep. I've been able to maintain my weight but I'm the leanest I've been since my teens. I'm currently running 3 caps a day but will be stopping soon due to the price. I'm nervous to see what I will lose when I stop and will update here. It's hard to spend ~ $150 a month on a supplement. Maybe I can run less and maintain, we shall see.
So, does it work? For me, yes. It gave me strength and I didn't lose and scale weight while dropping my BF several %.
I would not recommend to anyone if you don't plan on buying a bunch of bottles. I've gotten addicted to the feeling it gives me, so stopping it going to be tough.
When I started using Turk and Go2 Max, I felt a very nice energyboost and my trainings have felt great more power and air in my cardio and lifting sessions. Besides that every week, Im getting stronger by extra reps or weight.
I noticed the first day crazy pumps and vascularity for first time and each time I have taken it I get back pumps which I never gotten before Turk . It’s been a week and I love it so far, been a little stronger and better recovery . 💪🏻
I've been using Turk Builder+ for a couple of weeks now, and I've noticed that the results are dosage-dependent. I typically take one capsule each morning and another before lunch, even on days when I don't work out. However, on days when I took two capsules before lunch, I felt a huge increase in drive and motivation to continue working out, which really pushed me to go harder during my sessions.
In terms of strength and endurance, I've seen gradual improvements, and my recovery time has definitely shortened (I'm 46 years old, so this is awesome). While it's still early for noticeable muscle gains, the overall progress is encouraging. Plus, I haven't experienced any negative side effects, which is always a concern when trying a new supplement.
All in all, Turk Builder+ has been a solid addition to my regimen, and I'm excited to see how things progress with continued use.
I feel great and my lifts have definitely increased, waking up has been easier as well for some reason. Only have been taking one pill a day early in the morning.
I have been dealing with awful fatigue every day for the past 5 years. Drinking black coffee or any type of pre-workout would help me to get a workout in, but I would immediately feel a crash an hour or two after my workout. I tend to keep my max caffeine intake at 200 mg due to medical reasons. I was in a constant cycle of dozing off too early in the day to get anything else done.
So, I got the Pre-Workout 3.0 in a set of samples from an order my husband made some months back. Figured I give it try. What's one more pre-workout, right?
I took one scoop. I didn't push "harder than last time" initially because I wanted to see how I'd do at my normal pace. The real test was how I would feel after my workout. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to try this out. I have had no crashes after my workouts ever since I started taking Pre-Workout 3.0. And I didn't change anything else in my routine, nutrition, nor my supplementation.
i haven't felt this normal in a really long time. I am just so beyond grateful that this product exists. I feel like I have new life. Thank you Coach Greg and HTLT team!
The addition of that NAD+ is such a game changer.
Oh and the Peach rings flavor is fire! No tummy aches. I usually get stomach aches with anything that has alternative sweeteners And the flavor is not overly sweet so that's a plus!
Honestly these products are great and they work. I'm currently training for a marathon and I have been taking Turk and G02 Max. I though t I was going to lose strength and muscle, but I have not! It also helps me run longer than last time!
