The macros are absolutely fantastic and you don't feel like a shit bag afterwards for divulging in this goodness. It doesn't taste like a protien bar, don't get me wrong, it does look like one but the taste is excellent enough to go "Thank you Greg" it's a staple in our household for bumping some protien into the day while being a suitable snack!
Dont waste you time with other bars. I have 2 a day and they are the softest bars ever some gourmet sh$t
I suffer from myopathy/exercise intolerance type symptoms. Ever since I started taking this before my workouts I've noticed a slight increase in strength which for me is something that is unheard of or something I would never expect as I haven't felt anything give me this amount of strength since I was sixteen years old when I first started getting my symptoms! As far as taste, I know that's something people complain about a lot but for me, results is the only thing I care about even though it tastes great. It tastes like candy.

Great product, i usually cramp when i do a lot of running and after using perilyte I’ve noticed alot of improvement.
Definitely feel a difference in my lifts. I’m able to rep out 1-2 reps more on all my lifts at my pr lifts. The complimentary supplements that came with the creatine are also an added and appreciated plus.

Coach Greg, you were not joking whenever you said steroid like effects. I'm not on anything other than Turk Max and this is what I look like. I feel amazing. I've tried other Turk products and there's no comparison. Thank you for all that you do for the industry. I'm glad that we have some honest ones still left. I just recommended this product to a friend and he ordered himself a bottle.
It’s exactly how coach Greg explains it in his YouTube videos. It doesn’t shut your hunger down completely, just takes it from an 8 out of 10 to a much more manageable 6 out of 10. Highly recommend this product

It's taken a while for me to feel any sort of benefit but I can definitely tell it's reduced my hunger after about a week or so of taking 2 pills per day. It seems like my food sits with me longer. I bought a 2 pack to give it a fair chance because should it work, this'd be huge for me.
I can immediately take deeper breaths after taking just one pill. Cardio is better and more fun with this product!
The circle diet book had a lot of great tips of how to help manage my diet for me specifically when it came to my competitions. I grew tired of starving weeks leading up to comp and with the tips from the book it made my cut seem seamless.
