As 49 year old natural lifter, and a Retired Marine, who trains daily. I am skeptical of most claims by any supplement companies, but This one lives up to the claims. I have it stack with Turk Builder Max and Pre-pump 2.0. I get more out of my lifting session, my run time are down by 30 to 45 seconds, at the same heart rates, and I am less tired throughout the the day. Great products all around.
