Our additional EAAs consist of 750mg L-Lysine, 750mg L-Threonine, 500mg L-Histidine HCl, 250mg L-Methionine, 250mg L-Phenylalanine, & 250mg L-Tryptophan.*

Electrolytes

Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Sodium, and Potassium are all added at respectable levels to replenish when you give everything you've got.*

This stuff is awesome! I definitely felt rehydrated and feeling good after my workout!

I'm not sure how to describe this flavor but it's subtly fruity and not too sweet. A fun way to get in extra hydration and much needed BCAAs!

I use it daily for my electrolytes

I've used this for my hydration and electrolytes for a few months, I've tried a 2 flavors, sour gummy and fruit punch and liked both, I'll try another soon

Goodbye CRAMPS!!

I’m nearly 60 years old and have been athletic playing sports all my life. I have always battled cramps but since I’ve been taking perilyte, the cramps have definitely lessened and rarely encounter them. This stuff really helps and it will be a staple for life!

Sour gummy worm

I've been loving this product, tasty and hydrating! Which is especially key with the weather getting so hot. But the number one thing I appreciate is having the amounts of each ingredient listed put rather than just having a 'blend'. I will definitely continue to use this!
