This works much better when taken as a stand along product

The more I take this supplement the more I'm convinced that it's a supplement that's worth taking by itself, even if it happens to be in my pre-workout as well. It really delivers on my HIIT workouts, even more so than turkesterone does I suspect, and more or less the same as G02max. And while the improvements I've witnessed do seem to be confined to short endurance workouts that contain rest or easy intervals, the magnitude of the improvement is definitely encouraging and I can see why Greg himself loves this supplement so much to use in his bicycle races, which appear to involve steady-state cycling in a group for long periods of time (presumably to block virtual wind), with occasional sprint bursts or hill climbing. Anyways for me personally, my main HIIT workout is one which lasts 20 minutes and is 1-1-1-2-1-4-1-4-1-2-1-1 minutes and is a pyramid-type workout, where the rest periods are just one minute of easy pedalling and the "hard" intervals start at 1 minute and pyramid up to 4 minutes, which is done twice before coming back down again.  While taking beta-alanine, I can consistently complete over 8 miles, whereas without it, doing 8+ miles in 20 minutes is quite rare, unless I've been focusing on the bicycle for a long time while taking turkesterone, G02max and pre-workout. With regards to my swimming, while I haven't set any recent PR's in any distance between 100-meters and 400-meters, I do find it easier to get through a total of 1,500 meters in under an hour doing intervals of 25 and 50-meter repeat swims of either freestyle, breast stroke or backstroke. All in all, a great product - 5 stars!

Even better than turk!

This product delivers on tasks between 1 and 4 mins for me. And I was surprised with just how short my loading period needed to be this time. Perhaps it's because I've used beta alanine before but in anycase good job HTLT :)

Thank you for the review, I have sent you a follow up email!
