Makes a deficit feel like maintenance crazy easy

These meals are great! It's crazy how filling such low calorie meals can be.
I'm currently in a deficit and I actually didn't make all my calories a couple times because the meals I chose were so filling. Had to switch meals so I could even eat all the calories I needed IN A DEFICIT. Very cool.

From Feeling Zero To Hero

A few years ago, I ordered the Anabolic Cookbook 2.0 and recently upgraded to Cookbook 3.0. I want to share my physique transformation story. At the age of 47, I was struggling with diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol issues, all of which required prescription medication from my doctor. However, after following the recipes in the cookbook and committing to regular cardio and weightlifting, I lost about 30 pounds of fat and gained muscle. I was named "Member of the Month" at my gym within five months. Now, at almost 50 years old, I get regular blood work done, and my A1C is around 5.5, with a total cholesterol level under 100. I’m feeling great!

Great recipes! There's a lot of choice for each meal of the day, even the vegan options taste good!
It's pricy, but it saves me a lot of time from creating my own recipes and counting macros/servings!
