ECDY BUILDER (Formally Known As Turk Builder) Is Here!

Directions: Women start with 1 to 2 capsules per day.  Men may start with 2 to 3 capsules per day.  Increase number of capsules per day based on desired results.  We recommend not exceeding 6 capsules per day.

500 mg Ajuga Turkestanica Extract (Standardized to 10%)

Ecdysteroids are structurally different from anabolic steroids and therefore work differently, with fewer risks.  If 20-HE has positive effects on lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, it could be a very viable supplement to help with weight maintenance and fat loss. In terms of your generic ecdysteroid, there appears that the growth promoting effects were due to better nitrogen retention and therefore a better protein metabolism profile with reduced protein catabolism and increased anabolism.*

Ashwagandha

What is Ecdy's worst enemy? Cortisol!

The more cortisol you have running through your veins, the less your body is able to stay in the anabolic state required to build muscle. Ashwagandha’s most prominent impact is its ability to significantly lower cortisol levels.

Cortisol research has evidence that it may have an inverse relationship with testosterone, i.e. higher cortisol equals lower testosterone and vice versa. So not only is ashwagandha anti-catabolic, but it doubles down on this effect by allowing an increased production of testosterone as well.  The really profound results come when ashwagandha supplementation is combined with resistance training.*

Vitamin E

When we exercise, we create oxidative stress (free radicals) within the body.  Vitamin E has been shown to help undo or repair some of the damage done.

Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant, taking on free radicals that are toxic compounds naturally produced in the body as a by-product of metabolic oxidation.  In excess, they can be extremely damaging because they have the ability to attract electrons away from body cell membranes resulting in damaging effects, as well as an inability for the cell to adequately function.

BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract)

Black pepper is used to enhance bioavailability in supplements.  There is no direct research that BioPerine directly helps the absorption of Ecdysterones, but it has been shown to increase absorption of vitamins and other nutrients.

BioPerine works through thermogenesis, or increasing core body temperature, which in turn causes the body to demand more nutrients.  In turn, BioPerine jumpstarts metabolism.*

Definitely works

Since starting it (about 2 weeks ago), I have noticed my bench has gone up around 15lbs, same thing for squats. Buy the stuff, it's the real deal!

Turk was sold out, so I tried ECDY builder. Good product. Provided additional energy and great pumps. I would purchase again.
